5 yrs ago I dated a guy for 4 months and he dumped me out of the blue. Last year we started dating again and it's been absolutely perfect for 14 months! he's been a bachelor forever (he's 43) and i'm sure this is the longest he's ever been with someone. we got a puppy and have both fallen in love with him and are training and raising him together. I spend most nights at his place, but still own my own place too. Does anybody think this will work out for the long term? not necessarily marriage, but a committed relationship? and How do I get him to say it??? Thanks in advance.

Quite a difference

Me and this guy have been seriously talking latley. We hang out, go to the movies, and flirt a ton. The thing is i am 17 and he is 32, and people seem to have a problem with that. We havent done ANYTHING that can get any of us in trouble, so whats the big deal? Besides, i will be 18 in 2 months.

My bf has an older brother (11 years older). He looks up to him like a father cz he helped bring my bf up. I like his brother a lot. Hes a nice guy.
Ive realised that whenever his bro is with us my bf doesnt treat me too gd (rude etc), for no reason. As soon as his brother has gone hes really nice to me.
He can't even be bothered to see me, or talk to me, if hes going out with his bro later on.
When we talk on the phone he doesnt make an effort. Its like Im talking to myself. When he talks to his bro they're laughing n hes telling his brother everything.
Before I didnt see it. Then I thought I was exagerating n I thought it was me who was acting diff. But now its jus obvious to me.

This is kind of long and confusing, but bear with me.
Well, I like this guy Jerry. We've talked and flirted before but we usually never see eachother that much. There was a weekend at my friend Kia's church called Disciple Now, and Jerry was there. Usually he would talk to me or say SOMETHING but he he didn't say one word to me the entire time! My friend Kia talked to some people, that don't seem like the people that Jerry would tell his business to, but she that they said that he liked me. But the weird thing is that she finally said that AFTER I admited to like Jerry. She's not the most trustworthy person, but she can be. So then I hear that he gets a girlfriend the week after she told me that. That kinda made me feel down ...

my sister plays travel soccer where they travel to places obviously to play and theres this girl on her team whos brother was at a tournement this past weekend(only to one game though) and i saw him at the begining of the game and i dont know i wasnt like attracted by his looks nessisarily but like it was a feeling like "wow i want to talk to him and meet him" but because im so shy i didnt talk to him. he kinda saw me at the begining too i think but he was with his dad and went down to sit with him, but like after the game too the team was having their like "after game meeting" and he was looking like in my direction im not sure if he was really looking at me if you know what i mean but i hope he was. i dont know what to...

I have been with my boyfriend for nearly 3 months now. I know, its not a long time at all but he and I are already in love with eachother. We had this connection right off the bat and we just clicked and have been pretty much inseperable ever since then.
The only issue is he is 6 years older than I am. I'm still 16. So that makes him 22 (if you were too lazy to do the math). I'm sure by now you are all thinking that he's in it just for the sex, but really he's not after that. And I'm sure you are all going to say "Well you don't know that" but I do.

Long Distance Relationships

16/f My friend and I both like eachother. We've both expressed our feelings for eachother, but we've never kissed or anything else along those lines. I really want to start something with him, but the problem is that he's going to college and I won't be able to see him at school all the time anymore (he'll be about 2 hours away). How do I persuade him that we could work things out even if he goes to college? Anyone have any good reasons at why long term relationships can work? He doesn't believe that they can.

Sorry if this is long.
I dated a guy a few years ago. For me, it was fantastic. I loved him very much. I've dated alot of guys since him but I've never felt that connection with anyone else.
We broke up. It was just too serious, too fast and we were too young.
All of a sudden, he pops back into my life (we're both in college now) and everything is completely crazy! I feel as though nothing has changed inside me as far as my feelings for him go.
We hugged that first day for a long time (we hadn't talked for years). He put his face in my neck, rubbed my back. Later when we talked he told me I'd gotten really pretty and kind of played with my hair a bit.

I've had many boyfriends for like 2 or 3 weeks but not anything that is sort of long term. I am a freshmen and I always dump my boyfriends because I get bored of them. But now that I am getting older I want a somewhat serious relationship. I kiss guys all the time, but I have never made out. I am worried that I will mess up and they will think badly of me and spread rumors. I have had many opportunities to make out but I always turn them down. But recently I have had no boyfriends and no opportunities and it seems that I gave it up and now that I want a boyfriend and a first kiss its too late since I passed it up. Ok, So I am 13 years old and since May 2005, I have found myself madly in love with no other than a 20 year old McDonalds worker. He has started to open up a little more in the past couple of months, and he gives me lots of hugs, flirts, and shows all the "signs" of love back. Yet he has never told me. This week we are supposed to go to the movies. My question is, Should I open up and tell him I love him or should I just wait until he does?

me and my boyfriend broke up today because another boy blew a kiss at me and i laughed -- which he considered flirting i didnt do it on purpose so we broke up and today after school he told one of my friends he was just made and he wants to get back with me as all day at school he screamed and yelled at me and told me he didnt want to go on our class trip with me any more and we always fight and argue is it worth the troubles? should i get back with him or not? i love him but i dont think i can handle this anymore. Should i move on to see if theres better things or stay with the person i love that always hurts me? some one please help me!

I have awesome friends theres a group of us made up of girls and guys and we joke around about everything and you know the deal with friends thats just us... but in the group theres one girl who everyone likes or would go out with in a second i mean i love her to death too but i mean i dont see any difference between her and the rest of us, i mean she plays sports but so do the rest of us and were all kind of alike and we all have our different "fallbacks" if you know what i mean. i just dont understand. why is it like this?

Well, Im a freshman and my boyfriends a senior. [Except were only 2 years apart]. He got a scholarship to go to away to college before we'd gotten together. So I knew that he'd be leaving when we started going out. [3 1/2 months ago] I love him very much, and Im going to hate to see him leave. He says that he might only stay one simester because he'll miss me too much... :/ but i dunnooo. anyway.. i was just wondering if you think I should break up with him now.. so i don't get more attached when he leaves, or wait until right before he leaves for college?

So, I have this boyfriend of 4 months. But now I want to break it off. But I just don't know what to say. I really don't want to hurt him, but.....idk. I'm also scared that he might do something stupid, because that's just the type of person he is. And he's toally obessed with me and clingy. It's annoying. I know that's mean but it's true. Anyone have anything I can say, because I suck at breaking up with guys, I just don't know what to say or how to say it. Sorry for the stupid question 5's for helpful answers.
