Questions about working out at the gym (girl)

I joined Bally Total Fitness and I'm going to be working out this summer from now til the end of August, to get skinny for school next year. (3 months) I'm 16 years old, 5'4", and 165 pounds. I think I could pass as looking like I weigh 140 pounds though.. because my problem isn't really jiggly fat.. its like either hard fat or muscle I guess. I'd like my body to be leaner, and less chubbier. Close to model skinny. I want to lose 55 pounds in 3 months
Please answer all or some of my questions! (All is preferred obviously haha. thanks so much if you can help!!)

I got a mip (minor in possesion) charge... what now?

i'm 19/f, going into my sophomore year of college. last night 2 of my friends & i got a minor in possession charge at another friend's house in the small town where we live. the guy's house we were at is of age and his dad was home so we were on private property. there were several people there drinking but most were of age and it wasn't anything crazy, just people standing around drinking beer. the cops rode by and heard music playing from one of the guys trucks. we all ran in the house but they came in the house & did search and seizure. they IDed everyone and the ones over 21 they let go. my friends and i got breathalyzed and cited. i blew a .007 [i had less than one beer all night] and none of our cars were there so we weren't p...

I want a tattoo. I want it to mean something. I've been through a lot of things in life and all my friends think I'm a very emotionally strong person. I dnt want any stars, hearts, or flowers. I don't want it to be that visible because of work. I'm a female by the way. Thanks in advance :)

So, I have known this guy for the past four months...I had had a crush on him since I met him but was also crushing on another guy (his best friend and he knew that I liked him). Anyways, I stopped liking that guys because of other drama and had my full attention on this other guy... lets call him B. So, after finding out that I in fact liked him... it too him 2 months just to ask for my number... so now we are "dating"... nothing too serious. We have kissed twice and he has said that he is growing attached and wants to be with me exclusively. But he is hesitant and has concerns, he also broke up with his gf of two years just 6 months ago...

I'm turning 17 this summer. Right after I turned 16 I got really, really emotional. I used to rarely cry; when I was younger, I considered it a sign of emotional weakness and willed myself not to cry even when I wanted to. I probably cried once or twice a year.
It has nothing to do with being sadder, but I seriously just cry so much more often and easily now. Like, my boyfriend (older) brought me to one of his friend's parties last week, and I didn't know anyone. His friend was chasing him and he ran away into the woods to hide with another friend. After about five minutes I took my stuff from the main party area and stood by his car and just cried. I guess because I knew nobody there? I know I had no need to, but I just crie...

Corioliss Classic Pro straightener doesn't work as well as it did?

Back in October, I bought a Corioliss classic pro straightener at a mall kiosk (bad idea) for $108. I remember when the girl straightened my hair I have never seen it so shiny and smooth and straight before in my life. I bought it immediately and noticed the next day it didn't do the same job as when I bought it. I know this is almost a year later, but I was wondering if it's real or fake? I've been trying to register it with some codes that I found, but I don't see anywhere on the site where I can register it. Because of this I have 2 questions:
1. Does anyone know where the registration is on the corioliss.com website? Or have I been scammed? (I prefer only answers from people who have been in the same position.)

im 16/f. for the past couple of years i have been obsessed with the japanese culture, country, or anything. i've been dying to learn the language as well. My goal is i am going to make it to Japan one day and visit for a couple of months. however i know that the japanese language is the hardest to learn, but then i remember my spanish teacher saying that the easiest way to learn another culture is to live with those people for a while. how exactly would i go about doing that? this is a pretty rash thing im asking i guess haha. im actually wanting someone to tell me steps of how i would go about doing that. im not sure that i could considering im very shy. but i would get used to it. going to japan is something i crave i guess. im not really...

I live with my grandparents. My friend and I have been friends since kindergarten. Well I promised her that I would go to summer school. But Then my grandpa died. My friend is like a part of the family my whole family knows her so it affected her too. Well when summer school came she asked me if I was going but I told her that I'm not going to summer school because then my grandma would be alone. She was like " But you promised!" Then she hung up. This was like a couple days ago. We just got over a fight too. Now every time I call she won't pick up and I leave messages but she still wont call. How do I get her to at least talk to me?

I'm wondering if it is illegal to post someone's phone number on a blog or chatroom or just online without their consent? An ex boyfriend posted my name along with my cell phone number online in a chatroom and I am now getting sexual texts and calls from random weirdos. I was reading that it is a violation of privacy and considered harassment but is there anything I can do to take it to the next level and have him get in trouble for this?

Anyone who has been pregnant or just has the knowledge, I've read online about early pregnancy symptoms and was curious if implantation bleeding happens before other symptoms such as swollen/ sore breast? Or in other words does the egg have to implant for the other symptoms to start?

i dont like who i am, i joined the military about a year ago, and have done a few months at my first duty station, i hate every day, i hate oklahoma, and for some reason i thought i would make friends here, but to no avail. i sit in my room all weekend by myself, my roomate doesnt even seem to want to talk to me, although i have tried. My boyfriend told me that he use to smoke weed before we got together and I told him I wouldn't date him if he continued to smoke. I find out Tuesday that he has smoked and he did it again since then. We were texting eachother when he was high and he told me he loved me.
