ive been using fiberSMART. its fiber capsules that are soppose to make you go to the bathroom and speed up your matebalism.

loosing weight~~~~~~@!

for the past week i have been on a strict diet
ill have 80 calorie bread with eggwhites
for breakfast wih a coffeee (always use half and half)
lunch ill have a small froyo or skip it
dinner will be a protein or ccereall
as you can see i eat very little and im very strict.
today i had a froyo, then 2 bowls of fiber 1 (this equals 400 calories believe it or not) then for dinner i had a chicken salad.
however my weight keeps fluctuating. ill loose a pound then gain 2. i dont get it. i am hardley eating!!!!
please spare me the lecture about body going into starvation mode so you gain weight.....
why am i not loosing?

My best friend just told me something really bad tonight that I am not supposed to tell anyone. But its really bothering me and i need someones help on what i should do. & i dont wanna hear that I am a bad friend for saying this online when i wasnt supposed to tell anybody.

Hi, for starters I am a female of age 17. Over the past few months I think I have gone into depression. I am very unhappy with my life and I try to stay positive. So I went shopping at bloomingdales the other day and I got a new bloomingdales personal shopper. My old one got transfered off to a different store and as sad as I was, my new one is TOTALLY freaking gorgeous, delicious, and BLAH. I was actually taken aback by his handsomeness. Oh god, I sound like a such a creeper! But anyways, so he was totally helpful and super friendly with me and I ended up picking out a great dress! Medical field

Hey im 19/f and i really want to work in the medical field. I was going to become a nurse and i attended my first year of college but i dont have money for this years tuition so college is now out of the question sadly. My friend told me about EMT the schooling is $1000 and thats a little pricey for me. Then i thought about becoming a CNA but people have told me its a pretty crappy job. Is there any jobs that you know of that you dont have to go to college for and are decently priced? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everybody and i do rate.

what are some stupid things to do when you are bored? im a girl 14 so don't say anything like drinking etc. i don't care how stupid or dangerous it is, as long as it's fun haha :) something to do with a friend and/or by myself. i live in florida so there's not much to do :/

Don't know what to do

Ok so in the begining of the year me and this guy hit it off. Unfortunalty I screwed up with him and ended up pushing him away into my friends arms :( I guess I was scared or I don't know just stupid. The whole year though we still flirted and he even called me his best friend :). Ok towards the end of the year they broke up and I thought I finally had a chance but I was wrong. Since they broke up he no longer hung outs with my group of friends because his ex was there he still talked to me but no where near as much. He started hanging out with these other girls and one of them liked him :( and they flirted and hung out all the time. I asked him if he liked her or any of the girls and he said no. (I was/am doubtful) everyone thinks he does....

getting sick

i'm sorry if this grosses anyone out..
since january, i've thrown up at least 100 times. maybe even more than that. i've been to the doctor, and they all say the same thing. that it's allergies. they say that i have nasal issues, and it's almost like mucus travels down to my sthomach and makes me throw up. i've been throwing up since january. it's not like it's every night..but it's every few weeks. i've been 3 times, and i get the same answer each time, and i get medicine. i got sick last night. but i didnt get sick off food, it was nothing but bile. this happened maybe 3 or 4 times last night. usually, if it rains, i get sick. i'm allergic to mold. and the rain stirs the mold up, as the doctor says. but i'm positive it didnt really...
