how do i loose over 30 pounds before feb.
I weigh 145lbs and i need to weigh about 123-130lbs

I run on the tredmeal and i try to eat healthy but i keep gaining weight, this morning i was 130 pounds this after noon i ram on the tredmeal for a hour and then tonight i am 132 pounds, i don't know how i am gaining weight :(.I would give enything at all to be skinny, some one please help me!

ok im a cheerleader and i gained 25 pounds how do i get it off fast. Like before feb. my coach said if i dont i cant be flyer anymore please help me.

I need some help, i have herd alot that starveing yourself to lose weight doesn't work, but i have also herd that thats how the celeberties stay so skinny.I already know that starving yourself is vary bad for your body, so don't bother telling how dangerouse it is.I just want a yes, or no answer on wether or not it works, also i have been dieting for a wile, i run of the tredmeal every day for a hour and i have been eating healthy foods.But i haven't lost eny weight and i still look the same, i have been doing this for 3 weeks, what am i doing wrong?

Does anyone know of any easy and good excercises that flatten your abs and get rid of your love handles? I've been doing basic yoga and sit-ups and leg-lifts, etc. for a long time but they're not helping every much!!!

nd u know the fat under your weist nd obove ur hip bone? i want that complete gone nd FLATT.

hi i have a problem...i hurt my back a little bit yesterday and it's in pain and i have some sort of a sinus infection and am taking sudafed...would it be ok to take sudafed and advil for the back pain...thanks in advance

I am finally starting to lose weight (only like 3 poumds) but i am really worried about puting those punds back on.What should i do, i don't want to become fatter agin, i am so tired of not being able to keep the weight off.Does eny one have some suggestions?

I'm not anorexic or anything and definatly dont plan on it. I'm skinny and rather underweight even though I eat more junk food. So here is what I want to know. What are some very good healthy meals? I also want to get more in shape, so what are some good excersizes? We have a treadmill but I'm only 13 and I'm not allowed to use it. Any tips?

I resently gained like 20 pounds, i am 13/f 5 foot and 130 pound, i know thats fat.All my sisters make fun of me and call me fatty-mic-fat-fat beacuse they are all vary skinny and beautiful even my parents and friends make fun of me.So i started to eat less and run on the tredmeal every day for a hour but after a wile i desided i would way myself and see how much have lost but i only gained a pound,No matter what do i can't seem to lose weight and now the people at my shcool are tonting me.I don't think i am old anoff to buy eny dieting pills thoughs (how old do you have to be to do that?).What should i do i really whan to ose weight but no matter what i try i can't.

there is no realy way i can exsplain to you how i feel, i am more then deprested and more then disterbed to say the least.For more then a year now i have been stugleing with my wieght, i alot of terrible things have happind to me in my life, things i won't get into but i have been cuting myself and thinking about killing myself.I just ca't seem to lose wieght, the kids at my shcool pick on me beacuse they are all really scinny, to give you a better vitonual i am 13 and i weigh 130 pounds.I have a tredmeal in my atick and i have been runing on it for a hour a day yet i am still not useing weight.I think that if i continue to gain weight unstead of lose it i might end up killing myself.please dont give me advice like get perfesional help, tel...

okay so Im 5'3 and weight 123 lbs. I think im fat. i hate that extra tummy fat that i can't seem to get rid of. My friend that ways like 105 and is my height, isnt fat at all! she eats the same as i sometimes more, and it drives me nuts that i always gain the weight and she doesnt. We both do sports. and are basically the same. and im not saying i want my friend to be fat or anything. i just wonder why im the only one that puts on the weight and stuff out of most of my friends.

ok so im 15
115 lbs
and 5'4
and i can say im in good shape
and ive never needed to work out
i eat alot
i dnt stop
and ive never gained weight
but im unhappy with mythighs
because i hate the fact that they touch when i walk
and they flatten out like pancakes when i sitt
can anyone helppp please
with like workout stuff i can do at home
that will give me great legs!

I'm 13 I way 125, I'm 5'0. I hate my weight, It makes self conscious like you couldn't believe [along with my acne] I want to loose weight a healthy way, this hopes of along with clearing my acne up.
I'm goaling to loose atleast 5 pounds this month.
I'm going to join the YMCA and I'm going to run track ,go to the pool on the weekends, cardio, and probably join a class or more.
I'm cutting out soda [which will be easy, I hardly ever have soda]
the hardest thing will be junk food, because thats all my family ever buys.
Any suggestions? Any opinions? Good or bad, I want to/need to hear it.
