I am finally starting to lose weight (only like 3 poumds) but i am really worried about puting those punds back on.What should i do, i don't want to become fatter agin, i am so tired of not being able to keep the weight off.Does eny one have some suggestions?
xojessii answered Thursday November 9 2006, 12:06 am: Don't stress out, because when you do it makes your body produce cortisol. & cortisol makes you gain wait. so here are some good ways
- relax
- try to only drink water
- follow the food pyramid with servings & such
- excersise atleast 30 minutes everyday; it doesnt always have to be boring & stuff, you can excersise with friends & stuff, it makes you more motivated.
- don't skip breakfast; when you eat breakfast its "breaks the fast" from sleeping & tells your body its awake & pumps your metabolism.
