I can't keep the weight off =( I am finally starting to lose weight (only like 3 poumds) but i am really worried about puting those punds back on.What should i do, i don't want to become fatter agin, i am so tired of not being able to keep the weight off.Does eny one have some suggestions?

Don't crash diet. Lose it in a healthy way. That right there makes it easier to keep off. Also, once you stop dieting, keep exercising, and don't over eat or constantly eat foods that are bad for you. It shouldn't be too hard if you do those things. =) ]
Don't stress out, because when you do it makes your body produce cortisol. & cortisol makes you gain wait. so here are some good ways
- relax
- try to only drink water
- follow the food pyramid with servings & such
- excersise atleast 30 minutes everyday; it doesnt always have to be boring & stuff, you can excersise with friends & stuff, it makes you more motivated.
- don't skip breakfast; when you eat breakfast its "breaks the fast" from sleeping & tells your body its awake & pumps your metabolism.
