My friend and I

Question Posted Monday November 6 2006, 6:44 pm

okay so Im 5'3 and weight 123 lbs. I think im fat. i hate that extra tummy fat that i can't seem to get rid of. My friend that ways like 105 and is my height, isnt fat at all! she eats the same as i sometimes more, and it drives me nuts that i always gain the weight and she doesnt. We both do sports. and are basically the same. and im not saying i want my friend to be fat or anything. i just wonder why im the only one that puts on the weight and stuff out of most of my friends.

Okay, it's because your friend has a high metabolism rate. But by the time she becomes an adult, she may have weight and health problems if she continues to eat whatever she wants and how much she wants now. About 2/3 of teenagers who has a high metabolism are likely to gain more weight and be fat when they're adults.

So don't worry about it. If you want tips on how to lose weight or get fit, just send me a question and I'll answer for you =]
