It will be difficult at first, but that will change. After about 2-3 weeks of eating nutritional foods, your taste buds will desire those same foods more and more rather than the old things that you used to eat. From that point, it is SO easy, trust me it worked for me. Plus, I run for exercise (I listen to music and it goes by real fast) and I do push ups, lunges, and crunches because strength training will build muscle which increases your metabolism. Try to identify the cause. If it's just from eating too much, cut back on calories (but not drastically) and drink plently of water. Exercise a LOT and get enough of sleep. Crunches and running = miracle workers. Try it.
TEENAGExHEARTS answered Sunday November 12 2006, 8:12 pm: well since you're probably already exercising enough since your a cheerleader, i would take a look at what your eating. try cutting down on your snacks, stop drinking soda (if you are), and don't eat after 6:00 at night. if you happen to eat dinner after 6:00 then just don't eat anything after dinner.
