I'm not anorexic or anything and definatly dont plan on it. I'm skinny and rather underweight even though I eat more junk food. So here is what I want to know. What are some very good healthy meals? I also want to get more in shape, so what are some good excersizes? We have a treadmill but I'm only 13 and I'm not allowed to use it. Any tips?

I'd ask your parents to reconsider it (arguments could be: I'll let you show me how you want me to use it, I'll be using one in highschool and I don't want to look like an idiot; I really want to exercise, etc)
I wouldn't recommend eating junk food to gain weight.. you're giving your body stuff it doesn't like. Eat a few hundred extra calories a day and CONTINUE TO EXERCISE!!! If you're dangerously underweight (and stay that way even after eating healthy food in moderate portions) you may have a thyroid condition.. but that's unlikely.
