Mameme answered Tuesday November 7 2006, 10:58 am: ello, i think you have to 18 or older to get dieting pills, but i am 13 anad i use to take my mother's dieting pills every day. They worked but only a little bit, if you want to lose weight thats not the way.I went on really good and exspencive dieting pills over a month and i lost 10 puonds but after that i gained it all back in less then a week. They really just aren't that good, if you really want to lose weight then you need to set up a routeen, like i run every day for a hour. Also eat better, eat healther, don't have eny junk food (even if that hard, oyu do wanna look good don't you?)and dont bing(eat after 7).If you have eny other questions about lose weight feel free to ask me i do know alot about it, you can im me at Kiten94 or email me at Kiten94@aol.com

Anyways, eating better and doing some excersising will help you keep your weight down a lot longer than if you cheated it with pills. [ sillyrob's advice column | Ask sillyrob A Question ]
