Thinner thighs

Question Posted Friday November 3 2006, 1:17 am

I was wondering if there was any special work outs to help get thinner thighs, or at least more 'toned'. I have a bunch of free time on my hands so of it's some type of work-out I'm up for it. =]

ok, i had the same problem once.THis is what i did i ran on a tredmeal for a hour every day (runing out side works to, i know it might be cold but you want to look good right?)Also don't eat enything late that is called binging, all the foos you eat at late times like eny time past 7 goes straight to you legs and you butt (not good).Try going on a little diet, nothin to exstream just scip some of the junk food every noe and then and try eating some fruit.By the end or the moth you legs will be thinnner and vary toned :)!
-Good luck:)

Hey!

Well there is this machine type thing at most gyms and what you do is you sit down on the chair part and you use your legs and you push on some weights and that really really helps also you can try walking or jogging. Hope it turns out good!
