Exerciseeeeee your butt off (literally, haha) Running, walking, crunches, biking, and whatever upper-body strenth training you can do (I have a home gym, but you could check your highschool's weightroom, friends' houses, etc.) At least do pushups though, the more the better. They can be "girly" pushups , you'll get the same benefit & they're wayyy easier =D
And watch what you eat! I know, you've heard that 923758673648 times before. Cut out virtually ALL junk food, white bread, white rice (basically all refined flour) and eat more vegetables and fruit.
Lastly, make sure you're drinking plenty of water. This is a big one, since it'll keep you from dehydrating (you'll be exercising more) and when you drink more water, you'll feel better. Feel better = look better, trust me :)

It does cost some money but it works. There's one thing that I kind of thought of, you just look at how many grams of fat are in everything you eat & that's how many sit-ups you do. That might not help you lose 30 pounds before February though. [ XoRoxy's advice column | Ask XoRoxy A Question ]
