Does anyone know of any easy and good excercises that flatten your abs and get rid of your love handles? I've been doing basic yoga and sit-ups and leg-lifts, etc. for a long time but they're not helping every much!!!

this is an edit-excuseme but belly dancing is a beautiful art,fun,and sexy. it tones your body well and its fun. its ok if you dont like my advice but you dont have to write something rude like belly dancing puhlease i mean really
you should take belly dancing or buy some belly dancing how to tape. its fun and it works out your abs really well. ]
It's not working because the exercises you're doing are just strengthening your abs, not getting rid of the fat. Do cardio to burn the fat, like running. If you don't like to do that (like me lol) do jumping jacks, dance, jump rope, anything like that. then do the crunches & whatever to tone your stomach ]

What have you done with your diet? If you are drinking pop (soda) or beer, you are probably never going to get rid of stubborn belly fat. In fact, avoid all things with PARTIALLY HYDROGENATED FAT and HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP. Don't eat anything with those things in there, EVER! You also did not mention cardiovascular exercise. You need to swim, run, bike or join a sport and exercise in one of these ways for AT LEAST 30 MINUTES A DAY. Continue with your crunches, but also try these exercises. Remember: if you are serious about fitness, no junk food. Subsitute cookies for NATURAL yogurt or a hard-boiled egg. One day a week you can sneak a little pleasure food in, but one day a week only and don't eat that much of it!
