When Does a Person Need a C-Section?

My mom just had a baby and they gave her a c-section to get my brother out. I don't really know a lot about pregnancy or delivery or birth so I don't really know EXACTLY what a c-section is. Anyways, my mom said she was hoping to never have to have a c-section and then she had to this time. Why does a person need to have a c-section when they're having a baby?

silent treatment

Ok Husband constantly texting friends of mine setting up coffee dates, etc that i cancel. Through my phone!! he demands i get new "girlfriends all the time. when i dont go on these "dates" i get the silent treatment for a week or two. just yesterday he texted a new frien of mine ( a massage therapist) and set up a massage for me with her without telling me. I just had a massage elsewhere last week and said I felt great! he said "if you love me, you will get it done, it will make me (him) happy. I am now getting the silent treatment and I wish he would just punch me already! this has been going on for 6 years and shows no signs of stopping.he wont let me have unattractive "friends" either. i think it is totally sexually charged. HELP!!!

hey, well i recently moved to a new school and after a few months i really started to like this guy. He found out i liked him and said to my friends that he wouldn't go out with me JUST because i liked him. i stopped liking him and a big group of my friends went out one day and apparently him and i really go well together. he found out that i liked him again. and now my friends saying that she's going to ask him out for me but i really don't want her to. should i tell him? by the way we are good friends.

Hey guys,
I drink one or two drinks socially every 5-6 months or so. I rarely go out and never drink at home. I'm usually too busy with school and work and I don't really crave alcohol. Over a year ago I used to go out more to clubs and parties with friends so I naturally drank more than I do now (maybe twice every two months or so), but still not much especially when compared to most of my friends. Now I had a friend who I used to hang out with pretty often, in fact he would always suggest that we go out drinking - I didn't even want to drink, but wanted just the opportunity to hang out, so I typically accepted. This usually consisted of him encouraging me to drink and watching me as I got drunk without drinking anything him...

ok so like about 4 months ago i REALLY liked this guy and we kind of had a thing but then he hooked up with my friend so i was hurt. but then he apoligized so i was like whatever. Then my other friend used him ( this is why i was over him) to get back at her ex. so i laughed becuase it was really funny the way it went down. ANYWAYS so weve been talking agian for about 2 months now and hes been flirting ALOT but i've never said anything back all i say is haah aww thanks or something like that but deep down inside i stil like him a litte. I have some college questions, and I would appreciate anyone who could answer them.
1.) Can you start online college applications before you take the SAT and ACT. I'm taking one in a week, and the other in a month. But can I start the applications then send in the scores when I get the results? I'm confused about the online process that most schools are doing now.
2.) When do you apply for finacial aid and scholarships? Before or after you apply to the college? Or do you wait until you are accepted to apply for finacial aid?

Social Drinking

So i'm in my first year of college and there's this group that I may go out with on saturday. There will probably be drinking and i'm really interested in trying it because I've never drank a sip of alcohol in my life. So, I'm a little socially awkward and uptight in many situations and I really admire the people in this group and would love to become good friends with them. This isn't the reason why I'm doing it but will drinking "loosen me up" a little? Will it sort of rid me of some of the inner tension I have when socializing? I'm not planning to get blackout wasted, just a little buzzed. and please, answer the question honestly and try not to lecture. i really just want the honest truth.

How to talk like Lina Lamont in Singin in the Rain (without spraining your

I am a mezzosoprano, so I have a naturally low to medium-pitch voice. I auditioned for the role of Lina, and I figured out how to sound like her, but my throat hurts very bad after trying to "Lina-ize" my voice. The callbacks list will be posted on Saturday, and if I am on the list, I will probably need to "sing" What's Wrong With Me? and do some dialogue.
I don't want to lose my voice (I sing in choir a lot and musicals are my life), but I want to try out to play Lina since I can't dance very well. lol
Any tips to creating that nasally, high-pitched voice she has without spraining a vocal chord? Thanks!

Hi, I am 18f. I have a boyfriend the same age. We have been dating for three months, but I have known him for six. He is the first guy I have dated and he makes me feel like no other guy has made me feel. He is caring, honest, he listens, and he is just a nice guy. He lives almost an hour away though and even though he makes time to see me.. I have my doubts. I mean, he is good to me... but we don't have too much in common. We don't care for eachothers music (which gets annoying) and we do not have the same interests at all.. how can this work? Should we just be friends? i was just wondering, do guys run away from emotions they are feeling?
like say he is in a committed relationship and its the longest he has ever had by far and his feelings are different then the other two girls he dated, would he run away from it cause he doesnt know whats going on?
i know stuff about guys but i just want to make it certain. and if a girl insults a guy. how hard do they take it? and will they ever forgive a girl for that? or will they test her to see if she will do it again?

Darker color breasts?

Ok well i had sex like monday and saturday and i wuz wondering if i wuz pregnant. My nipples and around my nipples are darker than they normally are and they have occasional hurting flashes. like it hurts for 3 seconds then doesnt hurt anymore. I wuz wonderingif it wuz normal for the boobs to switch color? Also if i could very well be pregnant.

three week change

so within three weeks i have put on 10 pounds, now have acne on the side of my face, i never had acne, my ovaries are hurting occasionly, but i have had alot of stress and very little sleep, pls help thanks :) btw im a female, 17
