What should a 15 year old girl eat who is very active and has a bad diet?

a young girl like yourself shouldn't be worried about bad diets.
common sense can tell you that eating a smaller portioned home cooked meal is better than mcdonalds.
stay away from snacks with any monosaturated, polysaturated fats or anything like that.
also, considering you're very active, eating carbs like in pastas would be good for you since you burn a lot of energy exercizing.
once again, you're way too young to be worrying about your diet. continued concern can lead you to worse mental habits and such.
just use your judgement.
