fat on the legs

i have a little extra fat on the upper half of my legs, i'm 15/f and i was wondering what i could do to get rid of it. i do not have the time to go work out at the gym and i am quite flexible if that helps.

any tips would be apreciated, thanks

Well, our second sememster (sp?) just started, and i have p.e. tommorow. yeah, i suck at p.e. i think i am a little bit overweight, and i am really bad at running and stuff. well, one thing that brings my self-esteam (sp?) more is A LOT of the "popular" and "skinny" people are in my class this year. And, the guy that i have a huge crush on is in my class,and i don't want to look like a fat freak infront of him. should i just concentrate on me and what i'm doing, insted of what the people around me are thinking? or should i try to loose alot of weight? help me please!!!!! thanks ppl! <3 luv ya all <3

Double Chins

Here's the deal. I'm 5'6, 14/f, and 146 lbs. I'm okay with how I look, I feel okay in a bikini, i don't have stretchmarks, but I have the 2 chins and the chubbiest face ever. I mean, my fat is all spread out on my body, but my cheeks are huge, even when I was little. All my friends and family love squeezing them, and I also have a double chin that my family is constantly reminding me about. Is their ANY possible way to be rid of the extra chin or my chubby cheeks? I really don't think my cheeks are just babyfat, I read in cosmogirl that you grow out of baby fat by age 12. Does anybody have ANY ideas at all? Maybe some sort of "magic" pill that you don't need a prescription for that you have actually used and it worked for you? Any...

I am basically a fat cow

Ok so I am about 5' 2'' and I weigh about 160pounds. I hate my body. I don't look 160 more 140 or so. I wear a 9 or an 11.
I need to know how to lose weight easily and quickly (if possible lol). I want to be a size 5 or 7. I want to love myself, but right now that seems impossible!!!
I would feel better about myself but my sister is like a size 3 and my mom is always saying how skinny she is and how pretty she is and I never here her saying it about me.
Like for my sis's prom my mom was all ohhh you look so beautiful and your sooooooo skinny. It just hurts being compared to her all the time.
Please let me know what has worked for you!

ok, so i am trying to get toned up.. i am running and everything ( because i know that that helps with everything), but is there anything i can do for the back of my thighs and for my inner thighs to make them tight?! also if you guys have any workouts for love handles on my sides. please give me all the advice you know!

Gaining Weight and Getting Fit

I'm trying to get in better shape and I'm very far from athletic. I don't do sports or gymnastics or dancing, nothing physical and I rarely exercise but I'm hoping to change that in order to get involved with sports. I'm 16 and about 5'3", 100lbs. I want to gain weight and muscle and improve my lungs but I really don't know how. How can I put on healthy weight and improve my overall fitness?

Many people say they need to burn calories, carbs, and fat but how come it's in three categories but when you burn them it's still burning fat? Is it only one that's actually making you fat? My friend is fat and does EXTREME excercing for a year! Walking 3 km a day, and many excercises one hour a day and even eats healthy but she hasn't even gone skinny. Any advice for her? And which excercises would workl to burn fat, caloires, and carbs and which one of these three are actually making you fat?

Crunches

I'm really skinney but I have a floppy, ugly, stomache so i'm trying to do crunches do everytime I move up while doing it, I keep sucking in my stomache by accident and I can't stop even though I keep trying to do crunches again without sucking in. Am I supposed to? Any other excercises that will help?

im 5' 6'' and 130lbs. i dont look fat but when im in a bikini i still deff. think i do. how to i loose 15-20 pounds in a reasonable amount of time? i dont have extratime to excersize during the day, is there any like 3 minute workouts for target areas?

well;; this year mine is to have abbs. i'm not fat but im not skinny. i'm pretty much the average size.. my stomach is pretty flat i weigh around 135 lower on good days and i'm about 5'5..

any advice for me on how to get abbs?!.. exercise and diet but plz mostly exercise

bikin body

well i weigh 123 and im 5'0. and i`m 13 years old.
and i want to know exercizes that will help me get like a bikini body.
skinny legs and arms.
&flat abs.

if you have any ideas please help.
also like cardio ideas because i know that is how you lose weight, but then like toneish type exercises.

I'm a little over weight. OK. overweight. i've tried to eat healthier things, drink less/no sodas, eat less fried foods, and exercise for about 2 and a half years now. Is there any way I can lose weight in less time??

Acne!

Okay, first of all, I have really sensitive, dry skin and I'm a 16 year old female. I've never had acne on my face or anything like that but I've had problems since I was 13 or 14 with zits on my chest and back. I literally get zits on my breasts and chest and all over the top of my back. They're not huge "breakouts" - but I'll get one or two individual zits on my chest and quite a few on my back. I've tried everything I can to get rid of them (including proactiv and all kinds of over the counter treatments) and now that I'm using Neutrogena Body Scrub and showering and putting on lotion every day, it's a lot better than it used to be.

But, no matter what I do, even though I shower every day and moisturize and every...

Tummy pooch

Is it true that you can get a tummy pooch from holding your breath when doing crunches? I read it in a magazine and I realized I do that, I also have a pooch! If I start breathing better
during my crunches, will the pooch go away?

losing 20lbs.

i'm 165lbs, 5'4.
i want to loose 20lbs for my new years resolution. i'm not entirily sure on how i can do this though. i like to eat, a lot. and i always intend(sp) to overeat, evenw hen i try not too. i've tried different types of diets, but they havn't exactly worked out for me. i need some different excersises also. do u know anything that can kill cravings so i won't want food? i heard that the pills are dangerious, so i don't really want to get into those.

any advice would be appreciated.
