my weight


Question Posted Sunday December 31 2006, 4:57 pm

I'm a little over weight. OK. overweight. i've tried to eat healthier things, drink less/no sodas, eat less fried foods, and exercise for about 2 and a half years now. Is there any way I can lose weight in less time??

any advise helps

small portions of everything drik lots of water and at least run an hour everyday that really works =)

the best way to slim down fast is running:] You should run atleast a couple miles maybe 2-3 times a week. Running outside is better than the gym, so find your local track or map out a course in your neighborhood.

weight loss takes time hon. If you hsvn't lost any weight by now and you've tried for two years, you might want to consult a doctor. I you don't consult a doctor just stay far from crash dieting.
