My face gets so dry in the winter and no matter what I do, it doesn't stop. I put cocoa butter on my face at night and in the morning and it hardly does anything. Why does my face get so dry in the winter and what can I do to help it?
MAK answered Sunday December 31 2006, 7:30 pm: your face is getting dry in the winter because it is cold outside, and your face is getting a slight frostbite.
