And if you do work out your abs, ex. crunches, you shouldn't do it everyday. You'll be working off tons, and it's not good to do abs every single day. So basically if you do it, it'll be a waste of time & energy. As for loosing the size of your breasts, I don't really think you'll lose much, if any. Hope I helped! You need to also change your diet and do tons of cardio.
clarayow answered Wednesday January 3 2007, 1:09 pm: 60 crunches a day should be enough. But do space it out. Do 30 in the morning and another 30 at night. Keep at it everyday if you want a flatter stomach. You must really tell yourself to perservere for at least 10 weeks. Motivate yourself by telling yourself the toned abs you'll get at the end of the day.
And no, you wont lose the size of your breast. If you do, then I don't think you're doing crunches in the right way at all. The size of your boobs will be affected by things like push ups, swimming, etc. [ clarayow's advice column | Ask clarayow A Question ]
