flatter stomach how many crunches a day should i do to get a flatter stomach? will i loose the size of my breasts? cause that is out of the question. andhow many sets should i do? any adivice at alll will help. thanks so much<3.

hey, well it depends on how active you are. if your not used to working your stomach muscles start with 25 crunches 2 times a day. move up to 50 when you think your ready. keep moving up as many times as you want. it will eventually work. dont except to see results very fast tho. your boobs wont flaten at all =]. ]
You need to do something cardio, like running or swimming, etc. Crunches don't get rid of all the fat. And if you do work out your abs, ex. crunches, you shouldn't do it everyday. You'll be working off tons, and it's not good to do abs every single day. So basically if you do it, it'll be a waste of time & energy. As for loosing the size of your breasts, I don't really think you'll lose much, if any. Hope I helped! ]
You can't spot reduce fat; it takes more than crunches.
You need to also change your diet and do tons of cardio.
The size of your breasts may change-I've herad that is where you lose weight from first. ]
60 crunches a day should be enough. But do space it out. Do 30 in the morning and another 30 at night. Keep at it everyday if you want a flatter stomach. You must really tell yourself to perservere for at least 10 weeks. Motivate yourself by telling yourself the toned abs you'll get at the end of the day.
And no, you wont lose the size of your breast. If you do, then I don't think you're doing crunches in the right way at all. The size of your boobs will be affected by things like push ups, swimming, etc. ]
