hey, i believe you had a question about if your "fat" or not before. so im getting the impression that your the same person. anyways like i told you before you should be 120 pounds. im sorry, but im just telling you the truth. you asked for the advice, so im giving it. dont take the pills. there very bad for you and also very dangerous. keep yourself occupied by things so you wont want food as much. get involed in after school activities or sports. when you get the craving to eat, chew some gum. that way you will still be getting the chewing sensation without actually eating things that are bad for you. dont completly give up on food completly. you still need to eat no matter how much weight you want to loose. what i mean about chewing the gum is that when youve had enough food that day and your still hungry thats when you should use the gum trick. i wish you luck =].

You should be around 120lbs, so aim for that and no less. One minute on the lip=forever on the hips. Haha, it's so true XD

Have healthy foods and eat healthy foods. Ask your mom not to buy as much junk food such as chips, gummies, etc. Ask her to buy fruits and veggies and as soon as you get them, wash them and cut them up into bite size pieces and store themin a container. Put the container in an easy section of the fridge you can access and put fatty foods in drawer spaces. If you can't cut out junk food, get individually packaged ones instead of a big bag of chips (It'll help you from over eating) Also, eat 5times a day. Breakfast, lunch, dinner (Take at least 20min eating them because the brain takes 20min to realize you're full) And two healthy snacks in between which will help you from reaching for that second plate at the table.

Drink lots of water and a cup of fat free/low fat milk each day and try and cut out all other drinks. Orange juices are fine I guess. Diet sodas are still harmful so you should avoid them.
Avoid eating in front of the TV because this will lead you into over eating also. Turn off the lights after 8PM in the kitchen to resist you from having an urge to grab something to eat. Brush your teeth right after meals and snacks to avoid eating (mint and food taste..yuck) If you want to eat something, wait for 10min and drink a glass of water and your temptations should go away.

As for exercise, try to fit in 30-60min a day. It takes your body at least 30min of nonstop workout to burn the sugar that is already floating around in your body. Aerobics are great and walking/jogging around your neighborhood is super. See if your mom can take you to a gym at least once a week. Do exercise as much as you can like yoga, pilates, aerobics, or just running and small stuff like push ups, curl ups, and small exercises are great to do when you're watching TV. I really like Pilates that aim for your tummy --those are effective if you do them correctly and regularly.

As for the pills and diet stuff they advertise, those won't work because when you take them, sure you may lose weight, but once oyu stop, all that weight will rush back and eventually, your body will become accustomed to it and just stop reponding. Exercising andeating healthy is the best way...good luck =]

Yes, pills are terrible for you. Some do work at first for maybe the first few you take but then they stop and your body just crashes. 20 Pounds is a good goal for a year so don't worry, it can be done.

First off- 70% of any plan of losing weight is your diet. So eat foods which are generally low in fat, carbs, and calories. When eating, remember the serving size; go ahead and eat some sweets but if the box says 200 calories PER SERVING remember the serving and don't go over it. However, try and steer clear of fried foods and any type of fast food. If you want eggs try and boil them it's EXTREMELY good for you and far less calories then fried. If you want a hamburger, go to your local safeway and go to the frozen food section. Buy some Boca burgers, they are delish. and come in vegiterian and meat and have half less calories. Vegitables are great and boil them! Fruit is also. And here is a huge thing, try to limit your soda to almost none. Lets say you have about 1 average cup of coke, thats like 100+ calories and usually people drink more than that. When dieting- eating your calories is better than drinking them. Anything that is high in protein will help you burn fat and build muscle.

If you want to burn calories, start your workout with cardio. Maybe like 20-45 minutes a day or every other day. Then do muscle work so different styles of crunches, pushups, squats, leg lifts (for inner outter thighs and buns) and arm sculping exersizes. I cannot describe each but there are tons of sites which can.

You learn to stop handel your cravings. By eating smaller meals throughout the day you can; Eatting about 5-6 small meals with meat(grilled or like salmon/tuna from the can) and veggies.

I know where your coming from because I had a big problem with eating not too long ago and I didn't do it the right way.

Somehting that worked for me to help kill cravings was suck and/or eat ice. It's just water, and if you fill a big cup and just eat that slowly the craving may die down. But just to warn you eat real food too. I didn't and yeah I lost 30 pounds but I now have a medical condition because I don't eat enough. So just be safe!

Hope that helps a little
