Pilates works great for me. I have an at home dvd and its great when your sitting home with a little free time because you can do a little at a time. Also there are some great workout dvds at target and walmart. There for people who do not have alot of time. You can work out for a few minutes or a half hour.

thats about the right weight for someone your height and everything, so maybe the reason you feel this way is not because you need to lose weight, just need to tighten up some muscels. so every night or every morning (or both) do some crunches, stretching, and if you have time go on a run once and a while. just to get those leg and stomach muscels in tact!

Before starting any kind of diet see your doctor. He/she can put you on the proper diet you need and have a nutritionist monitor your progress. It is not healthy nor wise to start dieting ever without consulting your physician. Weight is determined by height. Your 130 pounds may be exactly the amount you need for your height. Again, see your doctor as they can figure out your BMO number and arrange an excercise/eating program for you.
