dont allow your self to think about him and when you do just think that your never gonna see him again you know and i know its gonna be hard and its not gonna happen over night but think there are plenty of other fishes in the sea ones that you can acuatual have a relationship with and think if hes going to jail for 12 years it must have been one hella of a crime your get over him itll take time but you will and when ever you feel yourself thinkink about him try to change the subject and think about something else

There is a quote I pretty much
life by:
"The secret to life is to diminish
one worry and replace it with the next
worry"

It may sound silly to you but if
you think about it, what you need to
get over this boy is to find something
better to replace him in your mind.
Sure, he'll always be in your heart,
but you don't want to live life waiting
around for him.

First off, I'm not sure what he
did to go to jail, but if its something
like rape or abuse, you know he'll be
bad for you. However, just find a boy,
a friend, take up a new hobby, concentrate
more on school, or just find any thought
that might replace him.

It will take time to get over him.
It always does, you can let yourself
grieve if you need to, but other then
that jump back into your normal cycle of
living and go with it.

Good Luck <3

hmm well first off, im sorry that he went to jail! And well my ex never went to jail but i loved him, more then anything in the world and every one thought we were perfect including me and him, but then he dumped me and i was devistated. I was depressed for about 2 months. It took some time to get over him, but then i met boyfriend right now and we've been together for like 8 months. So maybe you just need to find some one else, a guy that can make u laugh and forget about him. a guy that can show you a good time. Well i hope i helped! And good luck!
