I'm trying to get in better shape and I'm very far from athletic. I don't do sports or gymnastics or dancing, nothing physical and I rarely exercise but I'm hoping to change that in order to get involved with sports. I'm 16 and about 5'3", 100lbs. I want to gain weight and muscle and improve my lungs but I really don't know how. How can I put on healthy weight and improve my overall fitness?
