Crunches: Have someone hold your feet or put them under something heavy. Cross your arms on your chest, do not let go of your shoulders for anything. Come up, have your elbows touch your knees. Try to do at least 50 under 2 minutes.

Do at least 20 push ups in two minutes. If you do it the right way and work your ass/stomache the right way, it can help build abs.

Those are the main exercises we did in bootcamp & it helped build abs if we did it long enough. We did a couple of other exercises that are hard to explain.

"Getting Abs" doesn't take the temporary efforts of a resolution....it takes a lifestyle of health and fitness.

Crunches are good. You should do a few each day and build up on them so that you wont wear yourself out. Like 10, 15, 20,. They are good when you first wake up or are about to go to sleep.

Situps are great also. Same with situps. If you try to do too many you will be in pain!
