Everybody has a NewYears reselution right?
well;; this year mine is to have abbs. i'm not fat but im not skinny. i'm pretty much the average size.. my stomach is pretty flat i weigh around 135 lower on good days and i'm about 5'5..
any advice for me on how to get abbs?!.. exercise and diet but plz mostly exercise

iloveaar answered Monday January 1 2007, 10:59 pm: download 8 minute abs excersice (video) from ares, limewire or something it works if your constant and if you do more than just the 8 min excersice it has quickr results =)
khadiya answered Monday January 1 2007, 10:50 pm: Crunches are good. You should do a few each day and build up on them so that you wont wear yourself out. Like 10, 15, 20,. They are good when you first wake up or are about to go to sleep.
