i have a little extra fat on the upper half of my legs, i'm 15/f and i was wondering what i could do to get rid of it. i do not have the time to go work out at the gym and i am quite flexible if that helps.

To answer what you asked me...cheerleading jumps are jumps that cheerleaders obviously do..lol....they're like toetouches, herkies...if you go to a cheerleading website, there will be pics of them.
