Question Posted Wednesday January 3 2007, 9:55 pm

Hello, My sister is in from out of town and brought her camera over for me to download pics on but everytime I plug in the USB device it is saying that the device driver cannot be found? Does she need to bring over the CD that came with the camera or should I just be able to download pics from just plugging it into my computer? Please Help!

Hi there,

If your sister is using Windows98, then you will need the drivers for the Vivitar Vivicam 5100, before you can connect it and get the pictures off.

Good luck,

DN.
