Double Chin

Are there ways that you can get rid of a double chin? (ie, any excercise)

You can`t just choose to lose weight from a specific part of your body. You have to work it all & then you`ll see results EVERYWHERE. =[

Your face will get skinnier though as you lose weight & stuff.

You need to lose weight in general. Then it will come off, just as if it were elsewhere on your body.

getting rid of the double chin would involve both dieting and exersing. Any exercises along with dieting will help. Good luck.
