okay ive had my paragard in for about five days now and i get slight pains now and again, ive also havent been able to orgasm with my partner or be myself and on top of that i cant feel the strings im really scared if something went wrong because i really dont want it taken out i went threw so much pain to get it just to have it taken out, please help

Should I listen to my parents in this situation?

I'm a teen girl and got into anime while at summer camp. I attempted drawing anime and my friends all thought they were really "good." My mom found them and was like, "You drew this?" She disapproved incredibly and doesn't want me to draw anime anymore because she says I won't be able to draw non-anime things well anymore. Both of my parents have master's degrees in art and my dad is neutral. I'm really embarrassed that my drawings were found for some reason; I guess they were kind of private.
Should I listen to my parents and stop drawing anime? I really love drawing it and I even have manga ideas.

warts, warts and more warts! I am scared of them!

When I was younger I had a couple warts on my hands. I am now 20 and haven't had a wart in over 5 years. Although they are still a bit of a sore subject for me. Everytime I get a cut on my hand, I start to panic thinking I might get a wart again. Also whenever I get a small bump on my hand I freak out a rip it off.
How can I overcome this mental problem of mine. I have nightmares about nothing but warts under all if my skin. It stresses me out so much.

School Problems

Ok so this really stinks I am getting bugged at school by this girl Kayla and her friend Megan. I used to be friends with both of them but not anymore because they were being mean to my best friend Laura. Anyway its not really bad but they bug me enough to get annoyed. I really dont get why the want to harrass me because it makes no sense I did not even do anything to them except for stand up for Laura when they were saying mean things to her. Food Poisoning or Pregnancy?

Alright. My boyfriend and I have been having unprotected sex for eleven months. It used to be that my period was extremely irregular but for the last 4 months it has come on the exact same day. Now my period ended on Thursday, and I woke up today and threw up 7 times. I also have diarrhea. Now what I want to know is do you think I have food poisoning or could I possibly be pregnant? He long does it take for your period to be affected by pregnancy? And how long does it take you to get morning sickness? Thanks so much for any advice!

I am a 14 year old male in high school and I'm pretty sure everyone thinks that I am gay.
Around 6 months ago my male friend and I were discussing Lady GaGa and the "hermaphrodite" thing. Me and my boyfriend had sex on the 23 one time on the 24 , 25 , 26 , 27 two times and on the 28 one time . each time he came in me . My period was on the whole time but it wad light but a couple of of times it dripped heavy . I thought we were safe . But I found out you can get pregnant on your period . Is it a chance I could be pregnant . And I have been sleeping to to to much . My throathas been hurting and I dnt wanna take nonthing that will harm the baby if I am !

is it mandatory for me to get a pelvic exam/pap smear..?
like if i go to the doctor because of a cold, and then they say "we need to test you for pelvic exam" am i allowed to say no thanks?? because i'm really against it.
i remember one time i went to the doctor for a physical for school and my mom was with me and they said something about pelvic exam and i thought it was my hip or something and i remember my mom said no to it. is that allowed? do i have a right to say no to the exams? or am i basically forced into it by doctors??

wtf happened to my juice

I like to keep juice in the fridge. This particular suspect was Ocean Spray Strawberry Cranberry Banana. I was not a big fan of it so I didn't drink it much. I opened it today after about 2 weeks of inactivity on its part. As I unscrewed the top, it hissed at me, much as a soda does when you open it. When I tasted it, it tasted carbonated. That juice was not carbonated when I bought it. The ingredients do not list carbonated water. I threw it out. Why did it taste carbonated?

Well i seen a similar question on here but i still wanted to ask my own. I have been getting a bump on my pevic hairs almost everytime my period is here or coming and i also thought it was herpes but the time that i had unprotected sex i got tested after that and i didnt have anything then later the bump would start to appear and i asked my aunt and she said she gets them to but and thats its a boyle. I am going to go to the doctor but im scared what could it be? I also have a UTI that i always seem to get and a possible yeast infection. Do i have herpes? Or is it just a boyle? Please help. Ps they only come wit my period.

I'm junior girl in high school. One of my very best friends is going out with this guy. He's in a couple of my classes and i've gone to school with him since elementary school so i know him pretty well. But he gets in fights all the time and gets suspended; he's kind of violent sometimes. He's really funny and nice, but he's scary when he's mad. so my boyfriend and i are becoming more and more sexually invloved. we really love each other. i am soo scared of becoming pregnant it's frightening. i don't wanna have a child at 15 or even think about it. yes, i am a virgin. i'm 5'2" and i weigh about 107 lbs. i want to get on birth control right away... i need to find an excuse for my mom to let me; i only get my period once a year. i've only every gotten it twice. once in jan 09 for a week and the second time in jan '10 for a week. now it is december '10. my mom says that she doesn't want me getting on any pills. idk why though but i needddd to prevent stuff....... help please any other good excuses???

Too much pain from braces...!

Just recently, I had rubberbands and a heavy duty wire put onto my braces and I've had the rubberbands before and it only hurt for a day or two, but this time, the pain is so bad that I can't even eat. The rubberbands have to be changed five to seven times a day and have to stay in until my next appointment, a month or so AFTER Christmas. The pain has been with me for almost four days! I've taken almost every pain medication I can get. Ibuprofen, Aleve, Ecedern or however you spell that, but none of them work. The only pain medication that has actually worked for me in the past year was that perscription medication that Dr. House from House takes. I don't know how to spell it, but it starts with a V?
