Kinda long! But please I need your opinion!

Working From Home

I am currently a full time college student. I have been working for most of my time in school and the job that I've had has been giving me more and more problems. I understand that in life I will have these types of issues in the future and with the jobs that I will work in... but, it has gotten a little bit out of control. Not necessarily that I'm being treated badly, but my safety is being jeopardized by the time I have to arrive and the fact that my boss wasn't even letting me lock the door in the mornings when I was there by myself. It's a long story and I don't need advise on this job. Bottom line is that I had to quit. Nutritional help!

Hello i want to start dieting and lose about 15 pounds overall. The only problem is when it comes to reading a nutritional label its like foreign to me. I'm not even sure how many calories i'm suppose to be eating how many grams of fat i should be eating, sodium, EVERYTHING! I'm 5'6 148 pounds and 19. Thanks for the input everyone!! I am 23 years old and Me and my boyfriend were together about a month when i found out i was pregnant(with my first)I am now 12 weeeks along and things are not looking good. We have been arguing and i catch him in little lies about stupid things. Which makes me wonder if he lies about other bigger things. I dont think i am in love with him but i am afraid to break up cause i don't want my kid to not have a father.. I only say this because he has a daughter already that he never goes and sees of make an effort to be a good father. Is staying with someone for a baby a bad thing or am i stressing about nothing??

DSLR Cameras

I'm really into photography, so I've been looking for a good DSLR camera to buy. I don't know much about DSLR cameras and photography, but I do have some knowledge about them. I currently have my eye on the Canon EOS Rebel T1i, but I'm also thinking if I should get the newest Rebel model, the Canon EOS Rebel T2i. If I were to buy it, it would only be like $50 more than the T1i. Which one should I buy? I'm thinking the T2i would be great, since the camera body is newer, and it does come with more mega pixels. :p All lenses are compatible with all the camera bodies right? (Of the same brand of course) What kinds of things should I look for as a beginner, when buying a DSLR camera? Which one do you think would be the best choice for me?

i'm 5 days late, and i have all my normal period symptoms but i took a cheap 8 dollar test and it came up positive . i live in florida so you have to be 18 to get an abortion, am i pregnant ? or should i take another test cause i heard of false positives . please help asappp!!!

So there is this cute boy that I am attracted to. We don't talk because we don't really have a reason to. However, one day I was around him in the class he was in and he kept glancing at me and days after, he would constantly steal glances at me, in passing in the hall or when I'm with other my group and he's with his I will notice him quick look over at me. and just being myself really. But i feel so down sometimes. Like, i look around and see all these people that are so happy, and im not. and they're so proud of themselves over everyhing and im not. especially these; theyr all skinny, and pretty .. and im not. and everyones in a relationship..and im not. i get so sad about it! i feel like a loser!

Okay, here's the dealio. I'm in tenth grade and the guy I like is in eleventh. We've known each other since I was in sixth grade because we're on the same bus. We only ever talk on the bus, but I really like him.
Nearly a month and a half ago now he told me that he likes me and I told him that I like him, too. But now he hasn't done anything. He still talks to me, but he acts like it nevet happened. Sometimes he says something that makes me think he's about to ask me out, but he never does.
If he really liked me, wouldn't he have asked me out by now? Was he just saying that, or maybe he meant that he liked me as a person, but not like THAT, even though he was shy to tell me and made me guess?

How Do I Learn to Stand Up For Myself?

Long story short: I can never stand up for myself. Especially when it comes to guys. Especially my ex. We've had a REALLY rocky past. Really. He had so much power over me... I guess I let him. This cut on my tailbone...

I've had this cut on my tailbone for about a week now and a half now. At first, it was bleeding and that's when I noticed it. I might've got it while I was cleaning myself in the shower and my nail slipped there. So, it's inbetween my buttcheeks and I went to the doctors a couple of days ago and he gave me oral medication and this cream called Mupirocin ointment 2% that I apply on it. Btw, I'm a 15 year old girl. Is it something that's dangerous? My doctor didn't tell me exactly what it was, just that if it doesn't go away I have to see a specialist...he kind of made me scared. Anyway, now I have my period and I don't want it to get infected. How do I reduce the chances of it getting infected? Like, what should I do? I wear pads, not tampon...

i need advice. i've been with my boyfriend for about 7 years now and hes great and we're really in love and we have plans to marry eventually. the problem is when he gets angry or upset even if its a stupid fight that could have been over with one word, he gets too angry and just opens this whole portal of really hurtful words. i know he doesnt mean it cuz hes angry but at the point it really hurts and it makes want to leave him which i dont want to at all. so how can i get him to stop being mean when hes angry? thanks.

I was supposed to get my period on January 7th, its January 12th and nothing.
I have all my normal before period symptoms like sore breasts, cramps , etc but my period is never this late and me and my boyfriend never use condoms because i'm allergic to latex . i was supposed to start birth control as soon as i got this period but it hasnt gotten here yet . i'm questioning being pregnant because i've got a huggeeee increase in appetite, i'm literally ALWAYS hungry, and i've been more tired than lately. i smoke and i drink so i'm not sure how easy it would be for me to be pregnant , but is it possible? please help!

Are birth control pills still effective during menstruation?

I just need this clarified for myself, I have not actually been in this situation.
I was thinking the other day, if you are taking the pill consistently, don't miss any and take them around the same time each day, when you are on your period and have unprotected sex, are the pills still effective? I know it isn't 100% safe anyway, but would they still prevent pregnancy, even if you're on your period?
Any information would be very much appreciated.
