Is he attracted to me or does he have a staring problem?
So there is this cute boy that I am attracted to. We don't talk because we don't really have a reason to. However, one day I was around him in the class he was in and he kept glancing at me and days after, he would constantly steal glances at me, in passing in the hall or when I'm with other my group and he's with his I will notice him quick look over at me. Sometimes they are even long stares, to the point that one time he almost stumbled over the person walking in front of him because he was to busy looking at me. Now, today, my friend (she's in his class with his best friend) and I was talking to her outside of their class as he and his friend were sitting there waiting for the bell. She later texts me and said that the boy's friend had said "poor (my name)" and they started cracking up laughing. I don't know why they said that and she didn't hear any more of their conversation. But that just proves to me that maybe this cute boy isn't attracted to me. I don't know what to do. I am 16 band female, he is 17 and male as is his friend.
Do you think he is and if he is, why do you think his friend said that?

He probably does like you...usually when someone makes fun of you and stares at you they're trying to hide the fact that there attracted to you. He's probably embarrassed to speak the truth. Try to be yourself, show off your personality more around him, dance around him at the school dance..stuff like that to drop hints that your into him.Then, if he does like you, he won't feel as embarrassed if he knows you feel the same way. I really believe he likes you:P one because that happened to me! The guy I like used to stare at me every, well lets say less then a minute. I would look at him outta the corner of my eyes and look up when he looked at me and we would smile at each other. Then everyone at my table would say he liked you!. So then I started falling for him, so I told him I liked him and he said he liked me too.!!! So from my experiences ya! he likes you. Also one more thing is happening to me too, is this really wierd boy woun't stop staring at me every class and ohh gosh he gets on my nerves and I asked one of his nerd friends if he liked me and he said oh ya allott. Now about you saying what your friend heard, well I saw in a movie and it was really realistic cute movie called Flipped, and the boy stared a lot at the girl and he liked her, but his friend thought she was wierd, so he talked wierd about her and she over heard it. So don't let that make you think he don't because if he likes you it don't mean his friend does too, so they could say anything and sometimes the boy could agree just to avoid pressure on himself infront of his friend. he might be interested and he might just be an immature boy trying to mess with your feelings or you can just be taking it the wrong way. If he is feeling you im pretty sure he would say something and if he does thats a type of boy you would want. If he is just going to mess with you and not say any thing just try to ignore him or ask him whats his problem. You dont want to fall for his anticts and end up being a mess. I just say dont take it as he likes you or anything until he talks to you cuz you can end up getting hurt feelings if its just a little game. Hope I helped.
