I want to lose some weight (about 10 pounds) and get in shape (get toned and fit..lose some jiggle!) I already have a flat tummy, but would like some definition..i don't want to bulk up, i want to be toned (i am a girl..if this was not already obvious..) what kind of workout should i be doing?

Okay.
So I'm a very impatient lazy person. Good qualites I know.
Well recently I've put on a couple pounds, only a couple but I'm feeling a little less than fabulous.
So any ideas on things that i can do to drop the few FAST.
I'm 5'2, 125 btw.

Overweight and needing to work out

I'm 5'2" and 170 pounds.

I know I should weigh about 130.

I have dance classes 3 days a week- but I'm still 170. I really don't eat too much (at least I don't think I do). I want to develop and stick to a regular exercise program outside of dance classes but I don't know what to do.

I have a treadmill and an elliptical trainer.
How do I develop my stamina so I can run a mile without stopping?

The MOST I can do is 5 minutes (about 1/2 a mile) at 5 mph without stopping... and then I have to walk for a while.

a few months ago i was 5"4 and 110 pounds
now i am maybe a little over 5"5 and 104 pounds
13/F btw
is this normal?
same eating habits,
no excersize
is this bad to get taller and lose weight? not that im complaining or anything i mean i dont mind but lyk i just want to know if this is normal
alsowhen i sit down my theighs kind of go 2gether and this summer im going 2 swim camp what excersizes can i do to make my theighs not do this?

how long do you think it would take to lose about 9-10 pounds,is it possible to do it by may 7th? if it is then how much would you have to lose every week or every2 weeks?

loosing 30lbs..at least

i'm 5'5 and weigh 158lbs. i've been going on and off diets for awhile, and the one i was recently on worked great. i lost 15lbs on it! well, this weekend..i kind of over-ate and gained 5lbs back on (on thursday i weighed 152lbs).

i need tips on how to keep myself from cheating on my diets, and stick to it. i also need tips for snacking, excersising, and a way to beat cravings..

i have no deadline, really. if i can loose this weight before school ends, i'll be happy.

so i'm 14/f and i weigh 130 and i'm 5'4 almost 5'5. i want ot lose weight like 10 15 pounds cause i feel like i'm over weight, can anyone give me some pointers to losing weight kinda fast? my dad said that theres a new diet, and you eat alot in the morning and when your at school and stuff you burn it off and then you slow down at dinner and stuff, does that make any sense?

Usually I go on a special diet when I need/want to loose a few pounds.
I decided to do my usual diet and start actually working out.
Meaning; lifting weights,working on abs,doing more muscle building machines.
After I started doing that, instead of loosing weight ive been gaining it.
Usually, I dont gain weight that easily because I didnt go off my diet[that much haha].
Do you think Im gaining weight because of my eating habits or is it muscle?
Ive gained like 3 pounds.

this is probably really weird.
but i love to get criticism.
i always ask people to tell me things that i can work on to make myself a better looking person.
i don't like geting compliments because most of the time i think that people just want to make you feel better about yourself.

and here is probably the strangest thing.

okay.
I think i am fat.
Im 15. 119 pounds and i am 5'2.
i have stretch marks on my boobs.
and on my thighs.
when i wear jeans a bit bellow my hips a little fat rolls over. people say its just that my hips but i think its fat...
and my stomach is like pretty flabby.
im not like obese. but i would like to look nice for swim suit season. I need help getting thinner.
i have one problem.
its really hard for me to get physically active. theres alot of foods i cannot eat.
i recently got diagnosed with a brain disorder(nothing too serious) but im on medecine that makes eating certain healthy foods hard.
also exercising.
i am not allowed to run.

I am a 13/f about 5'3 and weigh 134. My best friends are all like your not fat. And I am like haha have you seen me. I have a lot of muscle on my arms and legs but I do have some stomach fat. Like I am not huge, but I am not considered skinny either. My doctor says that I am average, but I feel so fat. Also I have like a huge waist. I want to look good in a bathing suit this summer, and look thin asap. I have tried dieting, didnt work. Exercising once a day, didn't have time, eating healthy, cant resist junk food. I do play sports and stuff but i dont have to work out and all that. Can anyone help me find a way to lose weight that wont damage my body, and will help me lose like 10 pounds in the next 2 weeks. Also how can i lose my huge wais...
