I want to lose some weight (about 10 pounds) and get in shape (get toned and fit..lose some jiggle!) I already have a flat tummy, but would like some definition..i don't want to bulk up, i want to be toned (i am a girl..if this was not already obvious..) what kind of workout should i be doing?
Do something you can have fun with, regardless. Also, keep in mind, that if you're toning yourself up, you're more likely to stay the same weight or ever gain some because of the new muscle mass!

Like, fast movements, focusing on the core
Crunches, and running is also good
