i need to do my splits and i have one day! im very close but not close enough help!

Maybe give some free advice about: Fitness? xO_b_r_i_a_n_a_Ox answered Tuesday March 13 2007, 7:37 pm: just keep stretching. i'm the same way i'm almost there but if you stretch for a while you'll eventually be able to do them. a good stretch that helps is: kneel down but put one foot flat in front of you with your leg at a 90 degree angle. then lean foward so if you look at your hips they're like in a split just your knees aren't. it's also important that your calves/under your knees are stretched. so for that sit with your legs straight and make your nose touvh your knees and hold it.
