ugh! i was trying to lose weight,i was 122 pounds and now im 123.8!
i gained 2 pounds! how do i lose weight,im going to florida in july.

Don't do anything drastic that's for sure! Drastic and fad diets will only work for a short period & then you will gain everything plus extra back. Here are some tips I suggest:
Eat more veggies, drink more water, lay off the dairy and most meat products (with the exception of like fish or turkey) until after your florida trip. Also start walking for 30 minutes a day at least 5 days a week. Good luck! ]
