how long do you think it would take to lose about 9-10 pounds,is it possible to do it by may 7th? if it is then how much would you have to lose every week or every2 weeks?

like 2 weeks ago i weighed 122 and now i weigh 119,is that good enough,to lose 1 pound a week and lose 10 pounds by may? .

Its very possible to lose 9-10 lbs. by may 7th. You would have to lose anoub 2 lbs a week. Then you would have lost 12 lbs all together.

It's possible. Just start eating healthy. Stay away from junk food & sodas. Anything high in sugar is basically off limits. Drink lots of water [8 glasses a day] & 4 glasses of low-fat milk a day, and just exercise for about 30 minutes everyday. Never exercise or eat before bed though.
