computer is messed up

alright so my laptop is really messed up. it wont let me use alot of programs on my laptop and its a dell inspiron 1100 laptop. somethings wrong with my hard disc drive too.. i dont know what to do cause my space on the drive is NOTHING. i have NO space at all. 0 bytes. and my laptop hold 18.5 gb.. i tried deleting files off my laptop that i dont need but even if i dont download anything, the free space goes away and goes back to 0 bytes. ex. i would have like 10 mb and then 2 minutes later i would have 0 bytes even though i did nothing.. whats wrong with this?

I'm not sure, but I think you might have a virus. You need to call DELL since they're the company who made your laptop. If your problem can't be fixed, they should send you a new one.
