How to deal & speak to an unfair boss?

I joined this firm for less than a year. And I encountered an unfair boss. He only favour his apple of the eye. Whatever, his apple of the eye says, he will try his every best to accommodate her requests to the extend. And I am always pulled into the picture as a scape goat.
Not only that, work are always pushed to me when his apple of the eye is slow at work and I am a fast worker. Further, when things goes wrong, I am always the one getting the blame not her.

okay so I have been dating this guy for the past three months and I recently found out he was cheating on me! He told the girl he made out with that he was single and that I was just his friend! My son is having problems in the classroom. He is not listening, playing instead of working and not following directions. His teachers complaining that he always disturb others and play rough. If his friend hit him once for disturbing them he'll hit them back 3 times.
Recently, I receive two major written complaints against him within a week from his school. The 1st one was when he wanted to see his friend's book, his friend took a sharp pencil and poke at his back in return he poke his friend back at his head and the worst part, both were bleeding. M/15 I feel like I have been stripped of emotions, or the good ones at least. I do not feel the same about things and people anymore. It is hard to explain. My parents ask me why I don't like hugging people and things of that nature. I have less friends now and I never feel like going out and doing things. I laugh and have fun but it seems the older I get, the more I'm stripped. I have no girlfriend either. It feels like I miss how I felt previously. A year ago, even earlier this year. Hi there. I recently just got my first job working at a local pharmacy, and they need to do a drug test on me. Yes, i've smoked in the passed month, but I don't do it everyday nor everyweek. The last time i smoked was 2 weeks ago, and I had 1 hit, thats it, and i can't remember if it was that same week, or the week before, i smoked and i only had 3-4 hits, maybe not even. I have to take my drug test tomorrow, and I can't get out of it. My friends told me to drink a whole bottle of cranberry juice so i'll pee clear and be all set for tomorrow, they think it will work since I barely smoke. Does anyone know if this is going to work? ok so i just got perscribed birth control from my doctor a few days ago and i was reading the thing and it said that i cant start until the sunday after my period? correct? i wasnt sure if i could start it anyday but i guess not? idk. but anyway i just got my period today (monday) and i want to start using it asap. so if i start this sunday i will be all set. but i am going away to St. Maartin in the Virgin Islands. (i live on the east coast in mass by the way) and idk what to do. is there a time difference? i dont want to be thrown off by the time or anything im not sure what to do if i should wait or what? does anyone know the time difference? help!

my best friend/boyfriend has moved once before when we were younger and he came back... Well last summer he had to move agian to the same place because his grandpa(whom he lived with) died. I know we hav a connection but i dnt think he ever thinks about me... Im also afraid hell never come back.. Will he? I miss him sooo mutch!! Somewhere im almost sure ill c him again, but then on the otherside i stress myself out saying he wont....... What do YOU guys think?

I am a 24 year old pre-op transexual. I have been on hormones for almost three years now, look real good and live 24/7 as a woman. I always tell my dates up front my birth gender. I find that most of the men I date seem to think that transexuals are sex machines. Most of them ask for a BJ at the end of the date. Most of the time I will give them what they want and chalk it up to a bad date. Are there other girls having this same problem?
