Ways to speed up the process of losing weight

I am trying to lose weight and I wanted to know how to speed up the process just a little bit.

Work out to gain muscle. A pound of muscle burns so many calories even when you aren't in motion. Also give up soda and drink more water.

Eat 3 small meals a day.
Cut out sugar & fat from your diet.
Veggies & fruit.
Drink LOTS of water - not just one bottle a day.
Exercise.

* It's not good to loose a lot of weight in a short amount of time. It results in extra loose skin.
