Ok, so I finally got the boyfriend I've been wanting since I was a little kid. He's amazing and I'm so glad to be with him. But I'm having an issue. Hot flashes at 15?

15/f - I've been having periods for over a year and a half now, but they are always irregular. My average cycle is 43 days. I'm on mefenamic acid pills three times daily when I'm on for extremely painful and heavy periods.
I keep getting hot flashes, at any time (not just on my period or anything) over the past few weeks they've been getting worse. I have been receiving mixed signals from a boy I like. I am an 18 year old male.
We have been friends for a few months and he knows how I feel strongly about him.
He claims he is straight which does not make sense.
I flirt with him and touch his thigh, or tell him he is hot, and just general yet obvious things and he responds by giggling or smiling.

Im a teenage girl and at times i feel so emotional. Like i think im so ugly and i just feel like crying. I get mad that i dont go out like every other teenager and guys think im cute but i dont believe it because i dont think i am. so i did a piercing my self in my ear *cartilage* lyke 1 week ago i did it with a neddle i desinfect the needle and//all but when my dad found out he got pissed nd told me to take it off and so i did.i took my piercing out and slep with no piercin in my ear for 1 night.. then ma dad said it was ok so i put it back in and now that i put it back it hurts lyke hell and it iches soo bad!!! IS IT INFECTED OR WAT?
