Willyouregret answered Sunday April 17 2011, 9:51 am: Hi I know how you feel I'm not doing so hot in history either I had a c last quarter and now I'm on my way to a b but anyways if you come down where you can't get a tutor ask the teacher and what else you should do is make note card writing down the important info again on note cards will help you remember and it's and easy way to quiz yourself. You can get a family member and have them quiz you or make up a test. There's diffrebt study strategies also if your struggling you may wanna expand you study time for my history I should at least study for 2 hours and I expanded it to 3 which helped also before the test go over it quickly in your mind that helps to! Hope I helped:) [ Willyouregret's advice column | Ask Willyouregret A Question ]
Gabiie answered Sunday April 10 2011, 7:47 pm: if your really behind maybe get a tutor.
or arrange time to do extra study.
start of by completing all your homework for history. and reading handouts that were given out in class.
make notes as the teacher talks.
or even google: history study notes.
then put it in your own words, even talk yourself through it like your, your own teacher.
if you dont understand the words, look them up in a dictionary or dictionary.com and make a glossary as you go.
btw doing all this does kinda sound "geeky" but if you want the grade its what u need to do.
Try not to get caught up in class by ur ipod or your friends.
hope this helps .. good luck [ Gabiie's advice column | Ask Gabiie A Question ]
