body and legs..

14/f 5 ft 3

i was 123 for my last physical (2006 sep) and now im 115, ive been told i looked thinner. i eat healthy and sometimes have cravings that shake my good eating hah, but i dont eat crappy food. i am in cheerleading and used to run daily. i dont really do the running anymore. i go on the trmapoline and do crunches everyday. i mainly do exercises for my stomach and just started doing butt exercises. i did see results on my tummy. but i really hate my inner thys and thys. my friend is the same height as me and has a perfect body and my thys are so much bulkier than hers. what at home exercises can i do to get rid of inner thy, under my arm muscle, and thys. a website can help too

my plan

ok im eating A LOT better, and cutting out junk food, dessert, fast food, soda, etc.
and running a mile everyday on an eliptical.
and i have an ab lounge and do 100 to the front and 25 to each side about 5-6 days a week.

will this help me loose some weight?

and if so how much in how long of time?

ps. im 14 femail

16/f overweight?

i'm 148lbs and 55inches. and i'm 16.
i know i'm overweight.

i've been trying to eat healthy since New Years and I've lost 20lbs since then (i used to be 168lbs)
i've been really good dieting back then until end of febuary-ish when i decided to eat KFC. every since then, its been really hard for me to go back on the diet.

but anyways..then i came across this book at Barnes and Nobles called "The Diet for Teenagers only". it seems like a good weightloss plan. and I want to try it out (and stick with it) until i loose at least another 20lbs or look fit. (i would LOVE to get a fourpack so i can get my bellybutton peirced).

16/f i was wondering if anyone knows really good effective ways to lose wieght? i mean i know sit ups and running does the trick but what are some other ways i can do that to like work on my abs, and like "love handles" because i would like to lose a few pounds for the summer. and i was wondering what are some good foods to help lose the weight while doing other things would be affective? your help would be greatly appreciated

im 13 shes 14. my best friend is overweight she crys about it alot. when i ever see her i make her eat better and say how all its bad for her. she does nothing but sleep and eat and the only exercise she ever gets is when she goes to the mall like once a week with me and if i ever come over and we walk somewhere. shes just deppressed. im deppressed about not haveing family or friends or anyone but her. im a gothic punk and deppressed shes really deppressed about her weight. she used to cut i used to cut. we keep eacother from doing it again. im the only person in her life that will help her she even has a family. im very stubborn i get her to do alot of stuff. now im trying for summer track. shes a pretty good runner im average shes about 6...

Losing the stomache buldge!

all right,
i have a stomache buldge,
and really thats the only major thing i hate about my body.

i'm in a fitness p.e class,
i lift weights, i run,
i've in a dancing class thign with my school,
where we dance downtown and stuff.

I do sit ups,
I do push ups,
I try to eat healthy,
I need help?
I dont know what to do to get a flat tummy,
honestly what really works.
I want to atleast be thinner by next year.

I want motivation,
not people saying its not possible.
Please give me advice on what to do,
because I really feel like I've been tryig but nothign is helping me lose the buldge.

Losing stomach fat REALLY REALLY SOON

Okay, I REALLY REALLY need to lost my stomach fat REALLY REALLY soon. And don't say, no, you aren't fat, you just think that. It's not that I think I'm fat, but my stomach sort of sticks out and I kind of want a flatter stomach anyway. Is there a really fast way I can lose it? And I've tried sit-ups. Sometimes, it helps, but once I did it like, every other day for 3 monthes and it didn't seem to help. Our situp bench has an inclines slope too so it really hurts my back. Any other tips?

i'm pretty sure i have the hugest love handles ever! like the hang over the sides of my jeans if they are tight and i feel so gross when i wear like a tight shirt. what is a good fast way to get rid of them for summer? thanks!

huge-o thighs

okay im 14/f and i weigh around 100-115. my arms and upper body are pretty toned, and my calves are fine but my thighs are HUGE. its terrible. especially wearing a bathing suit. anyways, its mostly the outside and inside sides that need the most help, they are the ones that are more"flab". the rest is more thick and muscular. i want thinner legs not shapely ones. does pilates help? Please answer!! i need help!

Hey. Well, I'm 5'1 and I'm anywhere from 93-97 pounds. I don't know if some people consider that overweight, underweight, or whatever. But, the thing is, I really don't like my stomach or legs. I really am way too lazy to work out all the time, and I don't want muscle, just no fat. My stomach and legs are really flabby, and my arms are really muscular. I DONT WANT MUSCLE AT ALL! I LOOK LIKE A GUY! My arms are literally like jacked, becuase I was a base in cheerleading and the flyer was REALLY bad, so it took a lot of strength to lift her. I've tried not eating, and throwing up, but I don't want to thrwo up in school for fear of getting caught, and I'm to much of a pig to stop eating. I tried cutting down on how much i eat, maybe skipping a ...

loose weight fast mostly in arms

im 15/f about 5'3" 141 lbs. i want to loose 15-20 pounds mainly in my arms. i hate them and im always self-concious about them. im in softball right now if that helps out with anything. can anyone help me? thanks so much.

ok. i'm average in weight and stuff. but alot of the girls, or my friends, are super skinny, and i wanna lose like 10 pounds, just so i'm close to what they weigh, but i don't look anerexic like them. and we have this huge party coming up, and so yeah. i need to do it fast. like i kinda would like to lose 10 pounds in a week. i know thats tottalyyy unhealthy. but, i don't plan on doing this like 24/7 itll be like a one week thing. soooooo, any ideas?

treadmill

on my treadmill, it says the number of calories burned as i walk/run. how accurate is that? i weigh about 125-127 and it said i burned 220 calories alternating between running/brisk walking/walking for about 20-25 minutes.

if i run , not like sprint more like jogging, like 30 minutes a day and like jump around on the trampoline and eat no more than 1500 calories a day could i lose 40 pounds by sept.


&how do you get rid of the flab like under your arm, like would jogging help and like get rid of it.


if not tell me how.

and like i have to eat 5 small meals a day so i already do that.

motivation & soccer

how do you get yourself motivated to do something? i really want to get on my middle school's soccer team next year. the A team, not the B team. I didnt even get on the team last season, during my first year of middle school. (In my school, we only have sports in middle school and up, and middle school is 7-8 grade) But then again, like 80 people tried out, and only 40 were going to make the team. I dont understand because i've played Rec soccer before, and two girls who were on my team who were always not interested in going after the ball and such made the team. i thought me or one of my friends who was better would make the team! but we didnt! it doesnt make sense.. maybe its because their dad is a coach and so they had "connections...

Hi im 14/f and i want a bigger butt! My old boyfriend had said i didn't have a butt and boys at my school be joking saying i don't have a butt. So what are some things i could do to get a bigger butt or even just to lift it, Any advice is useful. Thanks!
