My advice is to lift weights. Not only will you loose some fat, but you`ll gain muscle too. I lift two 5 lb. weights (a little weak i know :])and do 5 sets of 20, with 5 minutes in between each set. But you want to work your shoulders too. I`ll try to explain how to do it, it`ll be a tad difficult. Holding the weights, place your arms straight down on your sides. then turn your arms so the paler side of your arms are facing out. Then start lifting the weights, and as you pass your waist, switch sides of your arms, and lift the weights as high as you can over your head. Then come back down, and switch sides of your arms when you pass your waist.

shellbell665 answered Tuesday May 8 2007, 6:04 pm: Well i would deffinitly do some push ups. Those work your arm muscles really good.
or get some weights [ i would reccomend 5 or 10 lbs.] & do some arm exercises.
such as...
holding the weights up together, across from your shoulders. and bringing them outwards so your arms make a "T"
starting out like this only with weights in your hand, & move outward [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
placing a weight in a hand and holding it behind your head. then put your other hand on your elbow over your head and go up and down with the arm with the weight.
like this but with having your other hand on your elbow [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
