my plan ok im eating A LOT better, and cutting out junk food, dessert, fast food, soda, etc.
and running a mile everyday on an eliptical.
and i have an ab lounge and do 100 to the front and 25 to each side about 5-6 days a week.
will this help me loose some weight?
and if so how much in how long of time?

Cutting the junk food is half the part to eating a healthy diet. Eating healthy means cutting out all the 'useless' foods and eating the helpful foods such as fruits and vegetables. Also, you have to have your dairy and mat because they include good vitamins and minerals.
If your running a mile a day and doing a bunch of abs a day, then this should keep you in shape. It's hard to loose pounds. It depends how much you want to loose.
If your thinking you can loose weight in a few weeks, your wrong. It takes months, but trust me, those months pay off...a sexy body.
In two weeks, you should loose at least 5 pounds. ]
dang i wish i had the will power to do that..
they say cutting out soda and candy will looks almost a pound a week.. if your working THAT much then shoot.. you'll see results in the next couple weeks for sure.
