losing weight/ toneing my legs and stomach area 16/f i was wondering if anyone knows really good effective ways to lose wieght? i mean i know sit ups and running does the trick but what are some other ways i can do that to like work on my abs, and like "love handles" because i would like to lose a few pounds for the summer. and i was wondering what are some good foods to help lose the weight while doing other things would be affective? your help would be greatly appreciated

There is a workout machine called the stepper. its like walking up stairs. but electronically.. like you can set how hard or easy you want it to be, and it tells you how many colories you used. and how long you've been doing it. it really helps the butt and the leg area. its super affective. ]
