I'M FAT. Hey. Well, I'm 5'1 and I'm anywhere from 93-97 pounds. I don't know if some people consider that overweight, underweight, or whatever. But, the thing is, I really don't like my stomach or legs. I really am way too lazy to work out all the time, and I don't want muscle, just no fat. My stomach and legs are really flabby, and my arms are really muscular. I DONT WANT MUSCLE AT ALL! I LOOK LIKE A GUY! My arms are literally like jacked, becuase I was a base in cheerleading and the flyer was REALLY bad, so it took a lot of strength to lift her. I've tried not eating, and throwing up, but I don't want to thrwo up in school for fear of getting caught, and I'm to much of a pig to stop eating. I tried cutting down on how much i eat, maybe skipping a meal or two every now and then, and I think it's kinda working. So, what are some easy but effectinve things I can do to lose muscle in my arms, make my legs thinner, and dramatically cut down the fat on my stomach, I don't want ANY. PLEASE help, PLEASE.

According to your BMI, you are UNDERWEIGHT. Listen to these things that you said in this question:
-Too lazy to work out
-I don't want muscle at all
-I tried not eating and throwing up
-Too much of a pig to stop eating
-Skipping one or two meals a day
-Drastic weight loss techniques wanted
You know what that sounds like to me? Someone who is on the verge of developing an eating disorder. Or maybe something like Body Dismorphic Disorder. It's a disorder, and it shouldn't be left alone.
First of all, even if you WERE fat, which you are NOT, you can not lose weight in a healthy way if you have no determination to eat healthy or work out. It's impossible. And working out does not necessarily build muscle...it tones the muscle you already have and burns the fat away.
Not eating isn't a solution. In fact, in most cases, if you stop eating your body will feed off of your stored fat and you can actually GAIN weight. Plus, when you become malnutritioned, your stomach gets badly bloated.
Throwing up is just a plain ridiculous method of losing weight. It's called bulimia, and it's NOT a good thing.
If anyone actually gives you advice on how to lose weight the way you want to, they're just plain stupid and irresponsible. I doubt anyone will. This question can be summed up in one sentence. "Help me become anorexic!"
No one is going to help you do that. Sorry.
