so with summer coming around the corner, i`m finding it hard to loose some of the extra weight i gained over the winter. what good diet pills could i take to help move the process along faster?
If you wanna lose some weight, take a really long walk. don't run, you burn more calories walking. drink alot of water, like 12 cups of it. Don't eat snacks, eat breakfast, and you'll see some majorr weightloss. oh and only eat when your like really hungry. like when your stomach is growling. it will also help you lose weight. They deprive your body of absorbing fats, and fats have nutrients that your body needs to function. So it's very dangerous and they contain many chemicals that are not safe.
The only thing you can do it eat less calories than you burn.
Maybe try grazing, where you eat 5 very small meals throughout the day, instead of 3 huge heapings of food.
And exercise. Also no junk food. Trust me just watch what you eat, work out more than you eat, and drink water, and you should be able to knock off the weight easy.
Just dont go with the pills. They aren't doctor recommended and are very unhealthy and dangerous.
