ive lost 7 pounds in one week and its unhealthy but you can try the cabbage soup diet. cabbage soup tastes like crap but theres barely any calories or something like that.

Also Celery has like 7 calories a stalk.. try eating that as a snack.

Im sorry these foods are kinda nasty lol but you gotta do what you gotta do.

sorry you probably dont want to hear this but you cant lose 10 pounds in a week. and if you do its really unhealthy. but you cna always give it a start. start doing excercises like sit ups, push ups, crunches, bicycle movement, and supergirl (tones your legs) thats where you lay on your stomch and list your arms and feet like your flying. you cna go jogging/running/walking/skipping etc. and eat very healthy =] also dont fall into trends too much to be someone your not. but im doing the same thing and i know how hard it is.

The only possible way to lose 10 pounds in a week is to become anorexic or bulimic. If there was any other way a huge amount of America's population wouldn't be obese. You can lose less than that by eating healthy (cutting ANY junk food from your diet)and excercising (running around your neighborhood or town, going to the gym, etc.)

I understand that you really want to lose weight, but when it gets down to it, losing 10 pounds in a week = stop eating or start throwing up your food.

Hey. Well, I hate to tell you, but you will NEVER lose 10 pounds in a week. The most you could posibly lose is around 3. Even not eating will NOT get you to lose all ten pounds in a week. If you want to lose atleast some weight, you could not eat, but the there's the possibilites of passing out, your parents/guardians finding out/ you getting too addicted to stop fasting, and many other things. If you want to lose even anything close to ten pounds, try not to eat as much, if at all. I know that's really bad advice, but let's get real- you can't continue to eat 3 square meals and lose 10 pounds. Try to eat something, but cut it down by A LOT, and exercise A LOT EVERY single night. Good Luck.
