I play piano and rock climb a lot, so I need semi-strong fingers. But mine are extremely not, at all. Does anyone know a way I could strengthen them?

I really need to lose weight. I'm 5'4 and 145 lbs.. and I'm COMPLETELY in love with food!! Please give me some tips so help me get away from food and eat NORMAL!! also any workout tips would be great!!

For the summer.. I want to cut and dye my hair..... But theres a problem... my hair is reallly thick and I want to cut it shorter.. like a little below my shouders(right now it is middle of my back)... would that make it look thicker? or what are some hair styles? My hair is really dry and corse and just not the type of hair a girl would want.... what are some ways to make my hair look not at thick.... and i want some crazy laires... any ideas on anything...
and since my hair is so corse and thick would it look good dyed?

Summer is coming and i really need to lose fat and tone muscle, especially in my butt, thighs and stomach. I'm about 148 pounds, so how long would it take for me to get around 130 or 125 pounds? Anyways what foods should I eat? I know to avoid things like soda and junk food and eat fruits, but what kind of foods should i have for breakfast, lunch and dinner? What are exercises that really help you loose weight fast? thanks in advance!!!

Ok my sister our friend Betsy and me are on a diet now we are totaly cutting out junk food drinking way more water and walking everyday even on the weekends or when were hanging out or stuff like that now say your 247 pounds or something how long would it take to get down to 125??? also were will be working out at the gym over the summer right now we are just doing situps and stuff so yeah but totaly cutting out junk food eating more fruits vegetables and stuff like that will this diet work and how long will it take to get down to 125 if you are say 247 thanks in advance

alright well i have like a little belly flabby thing going on. it's like a little gut. i really want to have a flat stomach by the end of the school year, which is in 29 days. is that possible? & if it is, what workouts can i do? what should i eat/not eat? if it's not possible, how long will it take? i'm not exactly sure how many pounds i need to lose. i'll just be happy if my gut is gone.
also, my thighs are HUGE. what can i do to make my fatty thighs muscular thighs??

Yeah I'm happy with my body except that I have a pot belly! My thighs and calves and fine because I play soccer but my stomach is like huge! Well, it's not huge but it's not flat like I want it to be. What can I do to make it flat? It's hard for me to eat healthy because I love junk food but I'm skinny. It only shows up in my tummy a little bit. I eat fruits and stuff but I still need my cookies and brownies. Haha please help me I wanna look good in a bikini!

what are some good qualities people look for in a cheerleader? is their a good weight for it? is it required to be able to do flips and such...cause i cant do flips, not even a cart wheel, or splits...should i not go out for it cause i cant do flips and such?

so im pretty slim.. actually just built small.. because im a 32/34A and 16.. but im tall like 5'7. so yeah. anyway.. i hate my legs. theyre soo flabby and the largest part of my body [actually i think its kinda genetic]. regardless of the 6 years of soccer and 2 years of dance & tennis, theres more fat than muscle in my legs. and i want to get rid of that. how can i slim and tone my legs and butt? i dont want to run and stuff to get bulky muscle, i just want slimmer leaner legs.. maybe like 2 pants sizes down.

helloo, im 14/f and we all bikini season is coming very fast. i'm okay with my upper body, but my lovehandles, butt, lower abs, and upper thigh are pretty flabby. i'm not fat...5'5" and weigh 130, a normal BMI. my main form of exercise is horseback riding-usually 3 hours twice a week. i need exercises to work on the area i described before. should i go on a diet ( i don't eat very well by the way. vegetarian, dont eat poultry or fish either, and i dont eat tofu or nuts..and veggies are quite blech) unfortunately i'm picky with my food, but i really wanna lose the chub around the bikini bottom area! i wanna be able to wear the skimpy cute bathing suits that are super cute. sorry its long. thanks =]

I play soccer on a club team so its not like i dont exercise alot..im 120/f/14
my body is alot of muscle, and i know thats supposed to be good and everything but i like the skinny look better..
what are some exercises to lose weight on your calves and hips??
