losing my flab.

Question Posted Thursday May 10 2007, 7:19 pm

13/f

alright well i have like a little belly flabby thing going on. it's like a little gut. i really want to have a flat stomach by the end of the school year, which is in 29 days. is that possible? & if it is, what workouts can i do? what should i eat/not eat? if it's not possible, how long will it take? i'm not exactly sure how many pounds i need to lose. i'll just be happy if my gut is gone.

also, my thighs are HUGE. what can i do to make my fatty thighs muscular thighs??

thanks sooo much.

running & crunches.

run to burn fat, crunches to tone abs.

not that hard, just depends on how much you want to lose, and how hard you're willing to try.
