doing flips?/cheerleading

how can i get really flexalbe, enough to do front and back flips? and how do you do flips like that..this is for cheerleading..so if your a cheerleader, i'd love your help.

i'm a cheerleader and i've been doing gymnastics since i was 5 so that really helps a lot with cheerleading. if you try to flip without experience or a coach.. then you might hurt yourself really bad so i dont suggest that. take a gymnastics class, that will help you so much.

you can't really learn them by yourself. i would recommend taking gymnastics or tumbling.

you become flexible by stretching out alot. if you are interested in being about to tumble, doing backbends or bridges (push up from the ground with your back down with your legs and hands) will really stretch out your back which will help you a lot whenever you get to the point of performing tumbling acts.
