swimsuit season... help!!! okay well my friends are having pool parties soon and im really fat. i need to loose like 20 lbs by june or something. i need help!!!

Woah! Hold now now...you can't lose 20 pounds if it is really soon, and honestly, you can say you're fat when you're not. Anyway, you should eat healthy food, veggies, fruits, Oh! Pick up 17 mag! The June issue! It has something in there about eating healthy! That can help you out.
Exercises, everyone should do something to get their body moving everyday. Really, go running, sit-ups and push ups, lunges, and you can get a dance DVD that would help do. Really I would keep doing those for a while...maybe run a mile and then go longer, like after a while go run 2 miles instead of one after a week or so...
Drink tons of water too! Hoped I helped!
